An insight into the man.....
GuitarBill was the developer of traxx. He also made podx, txbin, txraw, an mtm screensaver, and a tourney program. He and Oliver Pieper also decoded the bin and pod file formats.
He was a hard working man and had a keen eye for detail. He was a helpful and generous man, who was extremely creative. It has been said he was a fast racer, humble and down to earth with his own brand of humor. GuitarBill was always there when anyone needed his advice. He was an intelligent man, friendly, responsive and with a positive attitude.
GuitarBill is respected by everyone in mtm2. He will be sadly missed by all. If our community had a king, GuitarBill would surely wear the crown. Anybody who does anything in mtm2 today, does it standing on his shoulders.

I was asked to host this Championship Tournament by the guys at cownap.com in honor of this great man. I hope you will all enjoy racing on these days, coming together to enjoy the tracks Bill has made and remember with fond memories, the many wonderful qualities of this man. This will become an annual event to honor this great man.
